    This premium amaretto liqueur was originally produced in the town of Gavi, famed for its amaretti biscuits. The Inga family improved on the traditional recipes by using almond extracts from their homeland in Sicily. It is characterized by the taste of sweet toasted almonds, hints of caramel, and a vanilla and black cherry finish. Amaretto can be served straight over ice, with orange juice or with cola. It makes the perfect addition to many well known cocktails.

    Inspired by the Caribbean, Nonno Tano is a magical blend of traditional amaretto and a medley of ripe Mediterranean orchard fruits. This delicious liqueur is excellent mixed as a long drink, blended in cocktails or even poured over vanilla ice cream. Its initial taste is of apricot, followed by sweet ripe peach and almond with a vanilla and robust almond finish.

    This Cabernet is deep ruby red in color, both fruity and spicy to the nose, with hints of berries, black-cherry and cedar. Ideally, this wine should be paired with meat dishes.The generous soils of Montepulciano and the nobility of its vineyards yield this red wine vinicultured in stainless steel. Trebbiano d'Abruzzo goes very well with appetizers, first and fish dishes, soups and white meat. It should be served chilled.

    The extraordinary mellowness and exclusive harmony of perfumes which distinguish My Grappa Barrique derive from its distillation in classic copper stills and the process of aging in small oak casks. The defining features of Barrique are its hints of fruits, vanilla and spicy perfumes.
    Barrique e Bianca
    Both grappas are distilled from grape pressings of Cortese di Gavi, Piedmont. The Grappa Antica Porta di Gavi Barrique is aged one year in oak casks and successively refined at least 6 months in small oak barrels from Limousin. It is very smooth and fruity, with a finish of vanilla and dried fruits. The Grappa Antica Porta di Gavi Bianca is unaged and stored in stainless tanks for many months. It is a delicate, fruity spirit with hints of bitter almond and iris.
    Limoncello
    This Limoncello is produced by using the finest lemon peels and juices from Sicily. It is exceedingly smooth in taste with hints of lemon peel. Limoncello is delicious when consumed frozen, mixed with vodka, or used in the preparation of ice cream and sorbetto.
    Sambuca
    The Inga family has been producing this liqueur before it came to be known as Sambuca. Produced by infusing anise seeds and other ingredients in alcohol, it is fine drank straight on with 3 coffee beans in the glass, fantastic in cooking flambé plaits, and sublime poured in the espresso cup...!

The concentrated varietal fruit, combined with well-integrated tannins, produces a full supple wine. This wine will complement grilled steak, barbecued ribs or tomato-based pasta dishes.
